FitSky is an iOS app focused on healthy weather insights and smart workout recommendations. We understand the importance of personal information and are committed to handling your data in a reasonable and transparent manner. • Location Information: With your permission, we use location services to retrieve weather data for your current location. You may also add cities manually without enabling location.
• Weather Data: We obtain public weather, air quality, UV index, and other environmental data from third-party weather APIs to display weather information and workout recommendations.
• Usage Settings: Your saved cities, unit preferences, theme selection, reminder times, and workout preferences are stored locally on your device.
• Calendar Information: Only with your explicit permission do we access your system calendar to display weather information for your scheduled events. We do not upload your calendar content.

2. How We Use Information

• To display current weather, hourly/daily forecasts, health indices, and smart workout recommendations.
• To send you local notifications such as weather alerts, workout suggestions, and daily summaries.
• To display weather information for time slots corresponding to your calendar events.
• To continuously improve weather data accuracy and workout recommendation algorithms.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your core data (including settings, saved cities, cached weather data, and workout preferences) is stored locally on your device by default. We do not access, store, or analyze your data on our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and strictly limit third-party services to only the minimum data necessary for their functionality.

4. Permissions

• Location: Used to retrieve weather for your current location, only after you grant permission. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.
• Notifications: Used to send weather alerts, workout suggestions, and daily summaries. You can manage these in the app or in iOS Settings.
• Calendar: Optional, used for calendar integration and timeline display. Core weather features work without this permission.
• Siri: Optional, used for voice weather and workout queries.

5. Third-Party Services

FitSky uses third-party weather data services to obtain weather information. We only transmit necessary location information to retrieve weather data and do not share your personally identifiable information.

Third-party service providers have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their terms before use.

6. Your Rights

• You can revoke location, notification, calendar, or Siri permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can delete the app to clear all locally stored data.
• You can manage or disable notifications within the app settings.

7. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are material changes, we will notify you through the app or release notes. The updated policy will take effect on the date indicated at the top of this page.
